Shipping Policy


Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. At that point, KOIYAKI is no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. All shipping updates, delays, and delivery issues are handled by the carrier.


We ship all orders via USPS or UPS and provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if there are delays, missing scans, or lost packages, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim or request further investigation. USPS or UPS is the only party able to locate, reroute, or recover packages once they are in their possession.


Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KOIYAKI is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We strongly recommend contacting USPS promptly regarding any shipping issues to avoid further delays.
